Welcome

Ken Engle had his beginnings in radio in a 1942 broadcast of a nationally winning speech for the Future Farmers of America as a high school senior in Abilene, Kansas. Following service as a tail-gunner on a B-24 bomber in World War II, he was an announcer with WMBI (Moody Bible Institute) in Chicago.

In 1951, he sailed to the Philippines as a missionary and was involved with FEBC (Far East Broadcasting Company) stations in Manila. Through the years hundreds of programs have been produced. In addition to Moments of Melody, there is Moment to Remember, The Emmaus Bible Hour, What the Bible Teaches, the "Living" series, and others.

Ken went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2009. Ken's life verse was: So, naturally, we proclaim Christ! We warn everyone we meet, and we teach everyone we can, all that we know about Him, so that, if possible, we may bring every man up to his full maturity in Christ. Colossians 1:28 J.B. Phillips Translation. MORE
